My Thoughts: Hill is a long, rangy defensive back — exactly the type of player the ‘Cats are looking for on the back end. He is a physical and very disruptive cornerback who reacts quickly to plays developing around him. Another aspect of his game that stands out is he is a hard hitter and pretty solid tackler. He does have good size to him and could add about 10 more pounds to help with his durability at the next level.
