Quinerly is the No. 4 point guard in the 2018 class

The Arizona Wildcats will have a high-profile visitor on campus next weekend, as 2018 five-star point guard Javon Quinerly is set to officially visit Arizona on June 24-26, reports ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.

The 6’0” guard from Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, New Jersey), is the No. 15 player in the 2018 class and the fourth-ranked point guard.

Quinerly listed his top seven schools on May 15, which included Arizona, Kansas, Seton Hall, Stanford, UCLA, Villanova, and Virginia.

Arizona will be Quinerly’s first official visit.

Quinerly has a reported wingspan of 6’5.5” and DraftExpress’ Matt Kamalsky wrote this about Quinerly in May regarding his play in the Under Armor Association:

Among the most productive guards in the UAA each of the last two years, Jahvon Quinerly out of Hudson Catholic (NJ) is shooting a remarkable 60/50/85 through 8 games while also dishing out assists at an elite rate. Arizona has already landed five-star point guard Brandon Williams and is in the top-eight for four-star point guard Devon Dotson, so it appears the Wildcats will be in good shape at the position moving forward.
