Sonoran Hot Reads: Terrance Ferguson set to announce on Wednesday

It'll be a big day of Arizona basketball recruiting

Wednesday marks the first day of the college basketball signing period. The Arizona Wildcats are expected to sign both Kobi Simmons and Rawle Alkins on Wednesday, but Sean Miller could be landing a new piece to the 2016 puzzle as well. Terrance Ferguson, who tweeted out that he will announce sometime this week, told Adam Zagoria that he will indeed make his college decision public on Wednesday at some point

- Tulane transfer Dylan Osetkowski was supposed to visit Tucson next week, but he committed to Texas Tuesday evening

- Andre Iguodala is the 8th-best dressed athlete according to Sports Illustrated

Football

- Todd McShay put out a three-round mock draft, and there is no Scooby Wright to be found. The same Scooby Wright who wrote this piece for the Players' Tribune telling NFL coaches that they shouldn't pass on him

- The coaching staff landed a commitment from one of the nation's top running backs, Nathan Tilford

Baseball

- Wednesday's also the start of a signing period for baseball. Be on the look out for a couple of guys that have played D-1 baseball before to sign with the Wildcats at some point

- Up in Tempe on Tuesday night, several defensive miscues cost Arizona the ASU game, as they lost 7-5

- If you're a season ticket holder, you can trade your tickets in for games you can't go to for credit
