Arizona basketball recruiting: 4-star combo guard Markelle Fultz will visit Arizona

Some big moves for the recruiting class of 2016

The recruiting process for 2016 is starting to get serious for Sean Miller. Arizona will host the No. 1 recruit out of Maryland in Markelle Fultz June 8th-10th. Fultz is ranked No. 6 among all combo guards and 34th among all recruits.

As of now, it seems as if Markelle Fultz is all about Kentucky, coming off an unofficial visit this weekend. He also holds offers to Kansas, Louisville, and Maryland, among others.

Arizona has one commitment for 2016 with TJ Leaf. Arizona will have at least four scholarships available for 2016, as Gabe York, Kaleb Tarczewski, Ryan Anderson and Mark Tollefsen will have exhausted their eligibility.

After the 2015-2016 season, there won't be much roster turnover going forward, making these scholarship offers count even more. It'll be interesting to see who Sean Miller continues to recruit knowing that he has a lot of youth going forward, particularly with his incoming recruiting class headlined by Allonzo Trier and Ray Smith.
