The Arizona Wildcats will be able to return to campus on June 1 to begin voluntary workouts after the coronavirus crisis stripped them of some valuable reps in the spring.
Lucas Havrisik hasn’t let the time go to waste. The strong-legged kicker was booting balls over the UA mall recently, to the point that one impressed bystander stopped to ask if he is on the football team.

A couple weeks ago Havrisik was doing similar things at a local park, with the caption “football, [where you at?]”

Distance has never been Havrisik’s issue. He’s been known to kick 65-yard field goals.
His accuracy hasn’t always been there. The senior made just 10 of his 17 field goal attempts last season after making 6 of 11 the year prior.
He will be battling incoming freshman Tyler Loop, a top-10 kicker, for the starting job.
