Solomon Hill is on the move.
The former Arizona Wildcats standout was traded by the New Orleans Pelicans to the Atlanta Hawks leading up to Thursday’s NBA Draft, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Pelicans are sending Hill, the No. 4 pick, the No. 57 pick, and a future second-round pick for to the Hawks for picks 8, 17 and 35.
Hill is scheduled to make $12.7 million in 2019-20, the final year of a four-year, $48 million contract.
Hill played in 44 games (12 starts) this season, averaging 4.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game, while shooting 38 percent from the field, 32 percent from 3, and 72 percent from the free-throw line.
Due to injuries, Hill has only played in 66 of the possible 164 games over the past two seasons.
Since he only has one year left on his contract and the Hawks are in a rebuild, it would not be surprising if they waive the 28-year-old to make room for a younger player.
