Arizona basketball recruiting: Brandon Williams to visit for Red-Blue game
This will be Williams’ official visit to Arizona
Even though Brandon Williams is committed to the Arizona Wildcats, he has not officially visited the UA, but that will change in October.
Williams announced Saturday that he will officially visit Arizona on October 20, the weekend of the UA’s Red-Blue game.
Four-star forward Nassir Little (and perhaps several other recruits) will be visiting Tucson that weekend as well.
Williams, a four-star point guard, has unofficially visited Arizona three times, with the last instance being on October 14, 2016.
On Thursday, a tweet from Williams’ account said he had decommitted from Arizona, but Williams later deleted it and said his account was hacked.
That was not me I was hacked. I am still COMMITTED to the University of Arizona.

Williams, the No. 39 player in his class, is one of two point guard commits Arizona has in its 2018 class, with the other being five-star prospect Jahvon Quinerly.
Williams attends Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, Calif. and also plays for the California Supreme, the same AAU team Shareef O’Neal is on.
However, Williams sat out his junior season with a knee injury and will be looking to prove he’s fully recovered as a senior.
