Arizona football: Orlando Bradford released on $20,000 bail after domestic violence arrest
The now-former Wildcat will be released on bond
After being arrested Wednesday afternoon on seven different felony counts of domestic violence assault and kidnapping, now-former Arizona Wildcats running back Orlando Bradford had his bail set at $20,000 in Pima County Court on Wednesday night.

When Bradford appeared in court, the victim spoke, saying that the 20-year-old should not be released on bond because he would be a threat to the public.

While he awaits his next court date on September 26th, Bradford will be supervised by his mother.

When having the charges read to him, the judge said the incidents occurred on both Monday and Tuesday prior to his Wednesday arrest.

The preliminary hearing will take place at 1:30 PM on September 26th.
After the arrest, Arizona moved swiftly, dismissing him from the team with the following statement from Rich Rodriguez:
"Earlier today, we were made aware that Orlando Bradford had been arrested. As a result of his actions, he has been dismissed from the program."
Bradford had been at practice Wednesday morning. Arizona next plays on Saturday night against the Hawaii Warriors in Arizona Stadium.
