Arizona vs. Stanford: Wildcats to wear blue helmets, white jerseys, and white pants against the Cardinal
The gradient numbers make their first appearance of the season
For the first time this season, the Arizona Wildcats will be wearing white jerseys, which also means this is the first time that the gradient numbers will make an appearance as well! The white jerseys will be paired with white pants and a blue helmet, it was announced on Friday.

Historically, the Wildcats struggle when they wear this combination as they're 4-6 all-time when wearing blue, white, and white. That said, the last time they wore this uniform combo was actually last season in Salt Lake City against the Utah Utes. The Wildcats blew out Utah 42-10, and so maybe the hope is that Arizona can turn in another similar road performance against Stanford.
I'm pretty sure uniforms don't actually have an impact on a team's performance, though. Otherwise, there is no way Arizona would have played so poorly last week with those awesome chrome helmets.
But anyway, what do you think of these uniforms? In my opinion, this uniform combination is one of Arizona's best.
