Arizona football recruiting: Josh Allen commits to Wildcats

The third commitment of the day

After landing two commitments from running backs, the Arizona Wildcats got a verbal commitment from Long Beach City College defensive end Josh Allen.

Allen is a four-star defensive end, who measures in at 6-4, 260 pounds. According to 247, Allen is the 2nd-best strongside defensive end, and the 11th-best JuCo player overall in the 2016 class.

This may also just be the first of the LBCC players to commit to Arizona. London Iakopo is another likely target that will end up in Tucson with Allen.

This is a big get for Arizona in their attempts to build a strong defensive line in the years to come.
