2015 NCAA Softball Tournament Bracket: Arizona hosting regional round
The Wildcats will be hosting a regional again in 2015
The college softball regular season is officially over, and for the 29th-straight year, Arizona will be in the NCAA Tournament.
The Arizona Wildcats will be a regional host as the 12-seed nationally. They'll host St. John's, New Mexico State and Minnesota. The games start on Friday, May 15th.
The Wildcats went 38-17 overall this season, and 13-11 in Pac-12 play. That 13-11 conference record put them third in the standings behind the nation's No. 2 team Oregon (21-3), as well as UCLA (19-5).
The defending national champs, the Florida Gators, are the top-seed overall.
The winner of Arizona's regional will play the winner of the Baton Rouge Regional, which consists of LSU, ASU, Nebraska and Texas Southern. That means there's a chance ASU comes to Tucson for the Super Regional, which would be crazy.

The last time Arizona went to the Women's College World Series was 2010. The current four-year drought is the longest in the Mike Candrea era. UA had never gone more than two years between WCWS appearances since 1988, which was Mike Candrea's third year as the program's head coach.
