The Arizona Wildcats are one of many teams interested in junior college guard Josh Baker, according to ScarletNation.com, the Rutgers 247Sports site.

The 6-foot-4 shooting guard attends Hutchinson Community College, the same school that produced former Arizona players Kadeem Allen, Keanu Pinder and Ben Davis.

A 2021 prospect, Baker averaged 13.7 points per game last season, with an impressive shooting line of .513/.487/.848. His 75 3-pointers tied a freshman school record.

Originally from Tempe, Baker attended McClintock High School, where he was first-team all-region and all-conference.

Baker holds offers from Grand Canyon, New Mexico, Pacific, UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Bakersfield and Portland State, and is starting to draw interest from bigger schools like Alabama, Marquette, UCLA and Louisville, per ScarletNation.

Arizona has not offered him...yet.
