It’s anyone’s guess when college basketball recruits will be allowed to make campus visits again. But whenever that happens, Skyy Clark plans to make his way to Tucson.

Clark, a 5-star guard in the Class of 2022, included the Arizona Wildcats among the school she’s hoping to visit, according to Travis Branham of 247Sports.

“Hopefully as soon as everything opens up, that’s when I’m trying to take my visits,” Clark said. “Like literally as soon as it’s lifted and we can come on campus and stuff, then I will start taking my visits.”

The 6-foot-2, 197-pound Clark is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 18 player in the 2022 class, as well as the top combo guard in the country and the second-best prospect from Tennessee. He is set to play this season for nationally recognized power Brentwood Academy after transferring from Heritage Christian in Los Angeles.

Arizona offered Clark more than a year ago, one of the first schools to do so, but recently he’s added offers from Kentucky and North Carolina. Those two are on his list of schools he wants to visit along with Arizona as well as DePaul, Georgetown, Gonzaga, Michigan and Minnesota.

He actually listed Arizona twice in his quote to 247Sports, adding that the Wildcats are getting major consideration because: “they’re going to let me go and play my game.”

Clark is one of 20 players Arizona has offered so far in the 2022 recruiting class.
