Wildcats land a versatile playmaker from the Bay Area
After what can be considered a small lull on the recruiting front, the Arizona Wildcats landed another member of their 2021 recruiting class.
On Sunday, 3-star athlete Logan Kraut announced his commitment to the Wildcats. The 6-foot-2, 190 pound player from Maria Carrillo High School in Santa Rosa, Calif. became Arizona’s 14th member of the 2021 cycle.

Kraut held 12 offers, with Arizona being the lone Power-5 school. He chose UA over Air Force, Army, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, San Jose State, and UNLV among others. The Wildcats offered him on June 23.
Kraut plays running back, receiver and defensive back for the Pumas. However, Arizona is looking to bring him in as a defensive back.
Kraut is ranked as a 3-star prospect in 247Sports’ internal rankings. He does not have a composite rank yet but should in the near future. Internally, 247Sports has him ranked as the No. 131 athlete and No. 163 player in California.
