And then there were three.

The Arizona Wildcats have officially lost three players to the 2020 NBA Draft after wing Josh Green made his decision official on Wednesday, joining fellow freshmen Zeke Nnaji and Nico Mannion as one-and-done players:

The 6-foot-6 Green averaged 12.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.5 steals per game for the UA, shooting 42.4 percent overall and 36.1 percent from 3-point range. He is projected to be a first-round pick in June’s draft.

Originally from Australia, Green picked the UA for his lone college season after playing prep ball at IMG Academy in Florida. He and Mannion were teammates on the West Coast Elite travel team, making them an unofficial package deal to Arizona.

His final game at Arizona, the Pac-12 Tournament win over Washington, typified his all-around value: 19 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 1 block.

Green’s departure means Arizona has lost six of the seven players who started during the 2019-20 season along with seniors Stone Gettings, Chase Jeter and Dylan Smith. Only junior Ira Lee, who started twice in place of Green in February when he suffered a back strain, is due to return to the Wildcats.
