Omar Thielemans to transfer to Milwaukee instead of Wright State, per report
Arizona Wildcats transfer Omar Thielemans has decided to play at Milwaukee, according to a recent report by Jeff Goodman of WatchStadium.
Thielemans had originally decided to transfer to another midwestern mid-major, Wright State, before apparently changing his mind.
Arizona transfer Omar Thielemans has decided to play at Milwaukee, he told @watchstadium. The freshman forward previously planned on transferring to Wright State, but after giving it more thought opted to play for Pat Baldwin and the Panthers.

Milwaukee and Wright State both play in the Horizon League, so there may be some bad blood between coaching staffs when the two schools face off later this month.
The 6-foot-7 forward never played a game at Arizona before making his decision to transfer. Thielemans likely saw his future window of playing time closing as the Wildcats compiled the top recruiting class of 2019.
The Belgian prospect will find a home with the Milwaukee Panthers, led by head coach Pat Baldwin.
Baldwin is in his second year as a head coach and has Milwaukee off to a 7-11 start this season.
