3-star safety Brandon Joseph has Arizona in Final 3
The Texan will be committing “soon”
The Arizona Wildcats are one of three finalists for three-star safety Brandon Joseph, he announced Wednesday on Twitter. They are joined by the Northwestern Wildcats and Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Joseph said he will be committing “soon.”
He is the No. 84 safety in the 2019 class, per 247Sports composite rankings.
Listed at 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, Joseph attends College Station High School in Texas. He was an AP Class 5A first-team all-state selection as a junior, tallying 119 tackles, 13 pass breakups, and seven interceptions.
“This is a prospect that Arizona needs to land,” said our Gabe Encinas.
Joseph officially visited Arizona on June 22, Texas Tech on June 8, and Northwestern on May 17. He also had offers from Utah, Colorado, and other schools.
Arizona has had a lot of success recruiting Texas in the 2019 cycle, landing four players from the Lone Star State. The UA has seven commits in all and its class is ranked 72nd in the country.
