Arizona and ASU baseball coaches subtweet each other during Game 7 of The World Series
Neat
So Game 7 of The World Series is epic.
Arizona head coach Jay Johnson seems to have had the opportunity to go to it to watch former UA player Terry Francona and the most famous player he’s ever recruited, Kris Bryant.
Johnson did not go, but his ASU counterpart Tracy Smith did.
So that led to this nice little Twitter subtweet battle.
Has to pass on Netflix tonight. http://pic.twitter.com/y9amahZn9T

I was all over coach johnson to fly to WS to watch Bryant & Francona. He said "no way we're in official practice. Our players are priority"!

Heard @UACoachJ could've been at game 7. Didn't want to miss a second of practice. There's a reason we reached CWS Final last year. #Details

2016. Where athletic departments subtweet each other, and World Series Game 7s get delayed by rain in the 10th.
