Washington State vs. Arizona: Three keys to a Wildcats victory

How can Arizona win "The Game"

Pullman is a small place, with not a lot of famous people that have come out of there. Washington State is sort of similar, but I did find this little tidbit.

Rapper "The Game" once went to Washington State. He claims it was on a basketball scholarship, but then got kicked out for drug possession...allegedly.

So with that, here are three reasons that the Arizona Wildcats will win The Game on Saturday, courtesy of songs by The Game.

1. Compton 4 Life

I think this is the time for a breakout game from Samajie Grant. He and Cayleb Jones haven't exactly produced the numbers that we thought they would this year, but I just have a gut feeling that this is going to be Grant's big game. And even if it's not, this is the kind of matchup where Arizona needs to hit the slot receivers in the middle of the field, gaining chunks of yards at a time, and giving the defense a rest before having to face WSU's passing attack again.

2. Gimmie Dat

Speaking of WSU's passing attack, getting a few takeaways will be crucial, as I think this game will be extremely high-scoring. Is this the game that Cam Denson finally lives up to his potential? Will someone like Jace Whittaker or Sammy Morrison get their first career interception? Maybe William Parks finally gets in on the takeaway action this year? Someone's going to need to come up with one for Arizona to win this one.

3. On the rush

For the secondary to be able to make some plays, the front-six are going to need to step up to force Luke Falk to get rid of the ball sooner than he wants to. Will Jack Banda be able to replicate his success against Colorado last week? Will having Paul Magloire in the box have a huge impact on the Cougs' passing and rushing game? Those are just some of the things up front that the Wildcats will have to rely on if they want to have any success on defense against this team.
