Arizona football: Anu Solomon named to Manning Award watch list

Another watch list has been added for Anu Solomon, as he was named to the Manning Award list on Thursday.

Solomon is one of four Pac-12 QBs to receive the honor.

Last season, the Arizona Wildcats quarterback made the Manning Award stars of the week list three times, including being named QB of the week after his record-setting debut against UNLV.

The redshirt sophomore has also been named to the Davey O'Brien, Maxwell, and Walter Camp Player of the Year watch lists in addition to this one.

There are a lot of expectations for the Arizona signal caller heading into 2015. Barring any unforeseen health issues, I think he'll have an enormous year, and find himself in the hunt for some of these awards when it's all said and done.
