Boise is (former) Wildcat Country.

Arizona Wildcats transfer Devonaire Doutrive committed to the Boise State Broncos on Saturday where he will join former UA forward Emmanuel Akot, who transferred to BSU last spring and is currently sitting out the 2019-20 season.

The 6-foot-5 Doutrive was dismissed from the UA program in November after violating team rules multiple times. Before that, the sophomore averaged 6.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in three games. As a freshman, he averaged 3.3 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. He was a four-star recruit out of Southern California.

Boise State is 4-3 this year after it went 13-20 last season.

It is unclear when Doutrive will be eligible to play for the Broncos.
