Arizona ranked 17th in preseason coaches poll

Four spots better than it ranked in the AP poll

The Arizona Wildcats are one of just two Pac-12 teams ranked in the 2019-20 preseason coaches poll that was released Thursday.

UA checks in at No. 17, three spots behind the Oregon Ducks. That is four spots better than Arizona ranked in the preseason AP Poll, where it was the top-ranked team from the Pac-12.

Just as they did in the AP Poll, the Washington Huskies and Colorado Buffaloes narrowly missed the Top 25 of the coaches poll, ranking 28th and 31st, respectively.
