The normal Saturday routine of an Arizona Wildcats football fan will need to be adjusted for at least one week now that the kickoff time for its next game has been determined.
Arizona will face the Colorado Buffaloes at 1:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, Oct. 5, the Pac-12 announced on Monday. The game will be shown on the Pac-12 Network.

It will be Arizona’s first true day game of the 2019 season, though the opener at Hawaii did start at 4:30 p.m. local time in Honolulu. The previous three trips to Folsom Field in Boulder had been under the lights, including the 2017 visit when Khalil Tate had his breakout game that included rushing for an FBS quarterback-record 327 yards.
The 2011 game was also the last time the Wildcats lost at Colorado, a 48-29 defeat under interim coach Tim Kish after Mike Stoops had been fired earlier in the season.
