Mike Candrea, Arizona players preview UCLA series

The Wildcats wrap up the regular season in Westwood this weekend

Looking to put three losses to Washington behind them, Arizona softball team heads to Westwood this weekend where they will face No. 3 UCLA to wrap up the regular season.

The Wildcats enter the week No. 4 in RPI and No. 6 in the NFCA Coaches Poll and hope to stay in the top eight so they are in position to host Regionals and Super Regionals this postseason.

Head coach Mike Candrea, shortstop Jessie Harper and second baseman Hanah Bowen, who is filling in for the injured Reyna Carranco, met with the media Tuesday to talk about that and more.
