Line set for Arizona’s Week 2 game at Houston

The wounds still fresh from its 28-23 home loss to BYU, the Arizona Wildcats have been installed as 4-point underdogs for their Week 2 trip to Houston, per Vegas Insider.

The Sept. 8 clash is set for a 9 a.m. PT kickoff, one of many things that likely contributed to the opening line besides how Arizona fared on Saturday. The game also marks the return of Wildcats coach Kevin Sumlin to Houston, where he coached from 2008-11.

This is Arizona’s first time being a road underdog in nonconference play since 2011 when it lost 37-14 at Oklahoma State as 14-point dogs. The Wildcats are 9-17 against the spread as a road underdog since 2010.
