Dave Rubio, Kendra Dahlke preview Arizona’s match vs. ASU

The Arizona Wildcats volleyball team is set to open Pac-12 play Thursday at home against the Arizona State Sun Devils.
The Wildcats (11-1) have won three straight and are led by senior outside hitter Kendra Dahlke, who overwhelmingly leads the team in kills this season (216).
Arizona struggled in conference play last season, going 5-15. ASU, which enters Thursday’s match 9-3, went 0-20 (!) in the Pac-12 last season.
Both teams are expected to improve this season, so Thursday’s match should be a competitive one — as are all UA-ASU sporting events.
