Arizona unveils uniform combination for UCLA game

The Wildcats have never lost in this uni combo

The Arizona Wildcats have lost five games in a row against the UCLA Bruins entering Saturday’s contest at Arizona Stadium.

But Arizona has never lost when when wearing red helmets, red jerseys, and blue pants, so something will have to give, as that’s what the Wildcats are donning vs. the Bruins.

Tomorrow night. 6 pm. Arizona Stadium.

Arizona is 2-0 all-time when wearing this uniform combination, according to WildcatUniverse.com.

Our Jason Bartel didn’t rank this combo too fondly, placing it dead last in his Arizona uniform rankings back in June.

“Honestly, tomato can helmet with unreadable jersey and mismatched pants? What are we doing?” he wrote.

But all that matters to most folks is that Arizona wins, and the Wildcats have done that in these uniforms, so maybe they’re exactly what UA needs to beat UCLA.

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 6 p.m. MST, and the game will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Networks.
