Arizona basketball recruiting: Nassir Little to have in-home visit with Sean Miller

Little is the No. 10 recruit in the 2018 class

Sean Miller is on the recruiting trail, and his next stop is Florida, apparently.

The Arizona Wildcats head coach is set to have an in-home visit with five-star prospect Nassir Little on Sunday, reports Andrew Slater of 247Sports.com.

Little, a 6-foot-7 wing from Orlando Christian Prep, is the No. 10 player in the 2018 class and No. 4 small forward.

Little named a final five of Arizona, the Duke Blue Devils, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Miami Hurricanes, and North Carolina Tar Heels last month.

Little officially visited Georgia Tech in late August, then visited North Carolina on Sept. 8.

He is scheduled to take his official visit to Miami on Sept. 29, and then will visit Arizona for the Red-Blue game on Oct. 26.

Finally, Little will finish up his official visits with a trip to Duke on Nov. 10.

The 247Sports Crystal Ball projects Little will most likely land with North Carolina, with Arizona as the second-likeliest destination.

Little, once a four-star recruit, has bolted up the prospect rankings, moving up from the 40s all the way to No. 10 in a rather short timeframe.

“Nassir Little is no longer one of Central Florida’s best kept secrets,” wrote Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com. “Known for prodigious vertical leaping ability and an adeptness at guarding a variety of positions, the 6-foot-6 210-pound wing has witnessed his high-major stock heighten this spring.

“Beyond his reputation as a high-motor guy who plays both sides of the court as effectively, Little is regarded as one of the most efficient threats in the country.”
