Arizona basketball recruiting: Nassir Little sets official visit dates
The 5-star forward will be in Tucson in late October
2018 prospect Nassir Little will officially visit the Arizona Wildcats on October 26-28, he told ESPN on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Little released his top five schools and Arizona was included, along with Duke, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, and Miami (FL).
Little, a 6-foot-7 forward, is a five-star prospect, ranked No. 22 in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports.
Little attends Orlando Christian Prep in Florida. He has set official visit dates to Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Miami, too. Here is the schedule for that:
Georgia Tech: August 25-27
North Carolina: September 8-10
Miami (FL): September 15-17
Arizona: October 26-28
ESPN reports Little has not scheduled an official visit to Duke yet, but is in the process of setting that up.
Little will be in Tucson the week after the Red-Blue game, which takes place Oct. 20.
“Nassir Little is no longer one of Central Florida’s best kept secrets,” wrote Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com. “Known for prodigious vertical leaping ability and an adeptness at guarding a variety of positions, the 6-foot-6 210-pound wing has witnessed his high-major stock heighten this spring.
“Beyond his reputation as a high-motor guy who plays both sides of the court as effectively, Little is regarded as one of the most efficient threats in the country.”
