USC defensive tackle Noah Jefferson to transfer to Arizona
The Wildcats just added some more beef along their interior line
Rich Rodriguez warned on signing day that the Arizona Wildcats were not done adding to their roster, and so far his prediction has been true.
Two days after signing quarterback K’Hari Lane, Arizona landed USC Trojans defensive tackle Noah Jefferson, the transfer announced Sunday on Twitter.

As of now, Jefferson, a sophomore, will have to sit out a year due to the NCAA’s transfer rules, but that could change seeing that he only played in one game this past season due to an injury among other things.
In 2015, Jefferson played in 14 games — with one start — for the Trojans, serving as a backup as he tallied 23 tackles.
No matter when Jefferson is allowed to suit up for the Wildcats, he will add much-needed size to UA’s defensive line.
Jefferson is listed at 6-foot-6, 315 pounds.
He was a five-star recruit coming out of Las Vegas’ Desert Oasis High School in 2015.
