Sonoran Hot Reads: Arizona women’s soccer wins in Double OT on Senior Day

Nice way to finish the home season

The Arizona women’s soccer team hasn’t been doing as great as last year’s NCAA Tournament team, but on Sunday, they closed out the home schedule with a bang. In double OT against Cal, on Senior Day, it was junior Cali Crisler who found herself in the right spot to put the ball in the back of the net and end the game, giving Arizona a 2-1 victory. “It wasn’t the prettiest goal,” Crisler said to Ryan Kelapire afterwards, “but I knew I had to get my body on it someway to deflect it in.”

- Rob Gronkowski set the Patriots all-time receiving TDs record by scoring his 69th TD, and gave his mom a shoutout after the game along with a slight giggle after saying 69. However, for whatever reason, the Bills say they were unimpressed. Maybe they should have stopped him
