Arizona football recruiting: Braxton Burmeister breaking records, Malik Hausman named Blue-Grey All-American
Another good week for Arizona commits
Most high school recruits are coming back from their fall break this week, getting back into the swing of things as they hit the second half of the season. The Arizona Wildcats had quite a few recruits making plays this weekend.
Rhedi Short notches his first sack of the season
Rhedi Short is a part of quite possibly the best secondary in the nation. He’s going to be a nice piece in the defense next season under Jahmille Addae. The Cathedral Phantoms are now 6-0 on the season.

Jalen Harris comes up with receiving touchdown
I was considering the drive back home to Tempe this weekend to check this game out. I graduated from Corona del Sol and they were hosting Desert Ridge, who is currently the number six team in the 6A division.
Harris had himself a nice catch in the corner of the end zone to help Desert Ridge win 27-14.

Braxton Burmeister breaks another San Diego record
Another impressive record is now under Braxton Burmeister’s control. Last week, he broke the San Diego total yardage record. This week, he claims the career passing touchdown record. The four-year starter is closing in on 150 total touchdowns in his career.
La Jolla Country QB Braxton Burmeister, an #Arizona commit, broke the CIF-SDS record for career TD passes. Now has 99 career. #OKG #BearDown

Bryce Wolma’s Saline squad closing in on championship
Bryce Wolma doesn’t usually get a lot of media coverage in Michigan, but his school is on its way to their third-straight SEC Championship. He’s had himself a nice year so far.

Malik Hausman receives Blue-Grey All-American bid
One of Arizona’s three incoming corners next season, Malik Hausman, is being recognized as one of the top corners in the nation. Hausman has been battling an injury all season at Bishop Gorman.
Just received an invite to play in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl game. http://pic.twitter.com/HQatdEQFLw
