Sonoran Hot Reads: Hamidou Diallo eligible for NBA Draft

Will a top prospect be skipping college altogether?

Just a couple of days ago, we posted a story about how top prospect Hamidou Diallo had just been visited by the Arizona Wildcats’ coaching staff. On Thursday, Evan Daniels reported that Diallo will be eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft. Diallo says “it’s definitely something that I’m going to look into” but then follows that up with “but as of now I want to go to college." Our Kentucky colleagues at A Sea of Blue wonder if this means UK will back off and open the door for Arizona, Syracuse and UConn. This will be interesting to watch when March and April roll around
