Arizona football injury report: Several key Wildcats likely to be out vs. Washington

The injury bug has bitten the Wildcats at a not-so-great time

The Arizona Wildcats are set to host the No. 9 Washington Huskies this weekend and they'll likely do so with many key players missing from the starting lineup.

Here's the full injury report:

Probable: S Tellas Jones (ankle)

Questionable: QB Anu Solomon (knee), RB Nick Wilson (ankle)

Doubtful: None

Out: FB Jamardre Cobb (knee), NG Parker Zellers (knee), LB DeAndre' Miller

Knowing Rich Rodriguez, a questionable designation usually means a player is out, so don't expect Anu Solomon or Nick Wilson to suit up against Washington. Therefore it'll likely be another week of Brandon Dawkins and J.J. Taylor running the Wildcats' offense.

And there's more — two other starters, Parker Zellers (knee) and DeAndre' Miller (ankle) have already been ruled out, knocking out two key players on what's already a relatively weak Arizona defense.

Though, if there's any good news it's that Tellas Jones will likely return this week, and that's undeniably a big boost to Arizona's secondary and defense as a whole.

Still, the injury picture isn't pretty for Arizona right now, and it's unfortunately come at a rough time as it'll need all hands on deck to take down a top-ten Huskies team.

Kickoff on Saturday at Arizona Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. PT and the game will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks.
