Sonoran Hot Reads: Derrick Williams officially signs with Miami Heat

Just adding to a summer full of pay days for former Arizona players

After agreeing to a deal a couple of days ago, the Miami Heat officially signed former Arizona forward Derrick Williams on Monday. Williams signed for one year and $5 million, making the total for former Wildcats this offseason jump up to about $89M

- Brandon Ashley is averaging 9.3 points per game in the Las Vegas Summer League, the most of any former Arizona player

- Kadeem Allen and Chance Comanche went to the Melbourne Zoo during their Australia trip

- McKale Center has two Pokestops, in case you need some more Pokeballs or an egg or something. Or maybe you should go to the Desert Museum for these things
