Arizona baseball: Wildcats will open College World Series against Miami Hurricanes

We now know who Arizona will play first in Omaha

The time and date hasn't been announced yet (likely Saturday), but the Arizona Wildcats know that they will open the College World Series against the Miami Hurricanes.

Miami took the deciding game from Boston College on Sunday afternoon by the score of 9-4. The game was highlighted by a benches clearing incident after Miami player Edgar Michelangeli hit a grand slam to break this game open in the 7th.

You can see the celebration that leads to the incident in this video, as the Boston College catcher channels his inner Brian McCann and defends the unwritten rules of baseball:

The Hurricanes were 43-10 in the regular season, and won the ACC Coastal Division with a 21-7 conference record. Just like Arizona, they have one loss in this year's postseason, dropping Saturday's game to Boston College by the score of 5-3.

This will be a tough test for Arizona. The Canes now have the best winning percentage in the country this year, and get it done in the field and at the plate. They have the second-best fielding percentage in the nation, and use all kinds of ways to beat you with their bats. However, they don't run much on the basepaths.

Miami will be the home team when the two meet:
