A new name to keep an eye on down the road

A long-time Washington commit, Daejon Davis recently re-opened his recruitment (April 15th to be exact). Davis talked to Scout's Josh Gershon about his decision to decommit from UW, and what it meant for him going forward. When asked what other schools were recruiting him now, Arizona was the first word out of his mouth. Just another guy to keep an eye on as we start to look towards the 2017 class

- Scout also caught up with top 2018 prospect Marvin Bagley to check in on his recruiting process and his return to the basketball court

- Andre Iguodala struggled shooting the ball, but recorded a game-high seven assists in the Warriors' blowout win over the Rockets

Football

- Next year could get interesting on special teams if Rich Rodriguez doesn't find a good replacement for Casey Skowron and Drew Riggleman

- It feels like Will Parks is moving in the right direction as the NFL Draft approaches

Baseball

- Cameron Ming got a phone call in the afternoon saying that he was the starting pitcher Saturday, and then he went out and threw a career-high seven innings to earn his first win and clinch the Stanford series

Softball

- The softball team also clinched their series against Stanford by allowing just one run. The win moved Mike Candrea into second on the all-time NCAA wins list

- Former Wildcat Jennie Finch gave a brief talk on what the ASA and Team USA did for her
