Sonoran Hot Reads: Rob Gronkowski sets NFL postseason record for tight end touchdowns

Just Gronk doing Gronk things

As many Arizona fans had their eyes turned to halftime of a high school basketball game, the Patriots were out going to the AFC Championship Game, because Patriots. But in the process, Arizona alum Rob Gronkowski set the record for most career postseason touchdowns by an NFL tight end. It was his second score of the game, and it looked a little something like this:

- There were plenty of recruits on campus this weekend. In addition to Rhett Rodriguez pledging his allegiance to his dad, Jessie Britt decommitted from Western Kentucky while he was in Tucson

- Rich Rodriguez may have also found his next safeties coach. I feel like this would also mean Marcel Yates is not coming to Arizona, as Yates is a secondary guy as well, and the Wildcats would already have two secondary coaches

- It's time for Arizona to play Oregon again because Brady Hoke is the Ducks' new defensive coordinator and that place is such a mess

Basketball

- This Jason Terry vine is everything

- You may have heard Arizona landed Kobi Simmons. But how about Simmons texting Rawle Alkins and telling him to follow him to Tucson? This is gonna get fun

- Oh yeah, Arizona easily won an actual game too

Other sports

- Track and field had a successful season-opening meet in Flagstaff

Women's basketball plays Colorado Sunday afternoon
