Some academic issues for the Wildcats' first opponent

It was already going to be tough for the Pacific Tigers to be competitive on Friday when they open the season against the Arizona Wildcats, but it got even tougher on Tuesday when they announced that they would be withholding three players due to an NCAA investigation. Two of those three are starters -- Eric Thompson and Alec Kobre -- so, things will be very difficult for the Tigers Friday night.
