Arizona Basketball Recruiting: Wildcats offer 2017 4-star power forward Jalen Hill
Looking ahead to 2017
Arizona is still searching for a big man after missing out in the 2015 recruiting class. This time, the Wildcats look ahead to 2017, offering Jalen Hill. With Ike Onigbogu committed to UCLA last week, it's clear that Sean Miller has to act a little faster on some of these guys in the paint.
Jalen Hill is a 6-8 power forward out of Centennial (Corona, CA). Ranked as the 8th power forward in the nation, 33rd overall prospect, Hill holds offers to Kansas State, Oregon, and UCLA, among others. He averaged 5.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game this past season according to MaxPreps.
Arizona has TJ Leaf for 2016, but it's unclear as of now how to really gauge his potential; he could be a one-and-done or stay for a few years. Dusan Ristic has time ahead of him and Chance Comanche seems to be brought in as a four-year guy.
Jalen Hill's sophomore year highlights are below.
