Four-star guard Adam Miller committed to the Illinois Fighting Illini over the Arizona Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals on Thursday, as expected.

All 12 Crystal Ball predictions had the Chicago native picking Illinois. The 6-foot-3 Miller is the No. 32 player in the 2020 class and No. 7 shooting guard.

“Standing around 6-foot-3 and possessing good length, he has positional versatility on both ends of the floor,” reads his 247Sports scouting report. “One of the better shooters from the guard position. Has good athleticism to complement that. Offensively he is best off the ball where he can be a catch-and-shoot guy that also attacks closeouts. On defense, he shows the ability to defend either guard spot physically and should project to be above-average on that end going forward.”

Arizona coach Sean Miller (no relation) said the Wildcats hope to sign four or five recruits by the end of the spring. Right now four-star guard Dalen Terry is UA’s lone signee.
