Five-star point guard Devin Askew committed to the Kentucky Wildcats over the Arizona Wildcats, Louisville Cardinals, and Memphis Tigers on Thursday on ESPN.
The 6-foot-2 Mater Dei product is the No. 2 point guard in the 2021 class and No. 10 player overall, according to 247Sports composite rankings. There is a chance he reclassifies to 2020.

Askew unofficially visited Arizona for the Red-Blue Game in late September. All 13 Crystal Ball predictions pegged him going to Kentucky, so him heading to Lexington comes as no surprise.
Arizona currently has one commit for 2020 and beyond—four-star prospect Dalen Terry, a playmaking wing.
