It’s Gameday! Finally! Our long national nightmare is over!
The Arizona Wildcats get the honor of being one of the first FBS teams in the country to open the 2019 season when they visit the Hawaii Warriors on Saturday night in Honolulu.
Arizona is coming off a 5-7 season in 2018, the first under coach Kevin Sumlin, while Hawaii went 8-6 with a loss to Louisiana Tech in the Hawaii Bowl.
This is the first meeting between the teams since 2016, when the Wildcats claimed a 47-28 home win while wearing special uniforms for the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor. They’ll be wearing the same helmets this time around, with a sticker added to honor former coach Dick Tomey.
Here’s how you can tune in to the game, and we will be chatting about it in the comment section below. Join us!
