Former Arizona cornerback Antonio Parks lands at UTSA
The New Orleans-native has found a new home
The Arizona Wildcats have seen a decent amount of roster turnover this offseason, with numerous players announcing their intent to transfer or appearing on transfer portal databases. This type of thing is common after coaching changes.
One such player is cornerback Antonio Parks.
Parks, a native of New Orleans, LA, was added to the NCAA Transfer Portal last week. And it didn’t take long for him to find is new home.
On Thursday, Parks announced on Twitter that he is transferring to UTSA.

Originally part of the 2015 class, Parks had to grayshirt due to a knee injury. He enrolled at Arizona in January 2016 and redshirted his first season.
It was unlikely Parks would’ve solidified a starting spot in 2019, but he would’ve added experienced depth at corner.
In 2017 and 2018, Parks played on special teams and as a reserve corner. He finished his career with the ‘Cats with nine tackles and a pass breakup in 24 games.
