Washington vs. Arizona: Wildcats open Pac-12 play at home against Huskies
Arizona gets its Pac-12 season started Saturday night at 7:30 when the Huskies come to Tucson
The Arizona Wildcats begin Pac-12 play against the Washington Huskies on September 24th in Tucson.
That game now has a start time set, and it is 7:30 PM PT. It will be broadcast on Pac-12 Network.

This isn’t really that surprising given Arizona’s lack of success so far this year, and the rule that says games in Arizona in the month of September have to start after 5 PM.
A kick time of 7:30 PM guarantees that none of the Wildcats’ first four games will finish before 10 PM local time, which could hurt attendance numbers. The Grambling State game had an announced crowd of 45,000, but the real attendance looked much closer to 40k. After an uninspiring performance against the Tigers, attendance for the Hawai’i game this upcoming weekend will probably be poor as well.
The Huskies are currently ranked 8th in the AP poll, and 9th in the Coaches’ poll. They host Portland State this weekend before travelling to Tucson.
