Sonoran Hot Reads: Kadeem Allen and Chance Comanche going to Australia

A pair of Wildcats will represent the Pac-12 in the Land Down Under

A couple of Arizona Wildcats will be helping grow the game of basketball this summer. Kadeem Allen and Chance Comanche were named to the Pac-12 All-Star Basketball tour team that will travel to Australia July 9th-14th. The team will be coached by former Cal and Stanford head coach Mike Montgomery. Allen and Comanche will play two games against the Australian National Team. The Boomers have seven current NBA players plus likely high draft pick Ben Simmons

- Last we heard from Comanche, he was drilling threes at halftime of the Under Armour showcase

- ESPN put the Wildcats at No. 12 in their top 25

- Big news out of Cal as Jordan Mathews has announced he'll leave the school this year as a grad transfer. Arizona may have to face him again though, because Gonzaga appears to be the front-runner to land him. The Zags also play Cal, because of course they do

- Miles Norris is a 2018 guy that Arizona is recruiting along with the rest of the Pac-12

- Meanwhile, let's learn about the guys actually coming to Tucson from Sean Miller

- Tickets for the Red-Blue Game go on sale Wednesday morning at 9 AM PT

Football

- The toughest stretch of the 2016 schedule is USC, Stanford, Washington State

Baseball

- Arizona is used to the hot, humid weather that Lafayette presents this weekend
