Sonoran Hot Reads: UAB reaches out to Jason Terry about head coaching position

Could the former Arizona star go straight from the NBA to college coaching?

When Jason Terry was in Tucson last year to have his jersey retired by the Arizona Wildcats, the NBA veteran said that he would be interested in joining the coaching ranks after he retired from the league. Well, since the UAB Blazers lost their head coach to Stanford, it seems that they have reached out to The Jet. AL.com says that UAB has also talked to Blazers interim head coach Robert Ehsan and Auburn assistant Chuck Person. This could be an interesting development as Terry heads into the twilight of his career
