College basketball rankings: Arizona Wildcats 12th in AP Preseason Top 25
Pretty consistent with everything else.
The AP Preseason Poll is here, and the Arizona Wildcats fall just about where they've fallen in every other preseason poll.
Arizona is 12th, which happens to be the highest ranking of any Pac-12 team.
Here's a look at the full poll:

Arizona has the potential of facing four of the teams that are within four spots of them (Gonzaga, Cal,Utah, and Michigan State).
It feels strange to me to see some of the teams ahead of Arizona. You have schools like Maryland, Virginia, Iowa State and Oklahoma with extremely high expectations this year, with a team like the Wildcats kind of lying in the weeds at No. 12.
The Wildcats have an exhibition game on Sunday night against Chico State. The regular season starts Friday, November 13th vs. Pacific.
